What it means
At CNC startup the firmware download to the 12-inch CAN keyboard node failed, so that operator panel may stay dark or partially functional. Verify the CAN configuration, cabling and boot versions of the remote nodes; mixed boot versions across nodes commonly cause this after partial software updates.
Likely causes
- keyboard node boot firmware version mismatch after update
- CAN wiring fault on keyboard branch
- keyboard node hardware fault preventing flash load
