Fagor alarm E106: Extreme temperature at the heatsink (IGBTs)

What it means
IGBT heatsink exceeded its thermal limit; drive cuts PWM to protect the power stage. Warning precursor A.003 appears first.
Likely causes
- cabinet cooling failed (fan/filter blocked, heat exchanger dead)
- duty cycle beyond drive rating (S6 abuse, undersized drive)
- heatsink sensor or its harness drifting
Triage note: Mirrors to CNC as 4003-family alarms (8055: 4005 heatsink overtemp). If error returns within minutes on a cold day with clean filters, the internal NTC/harness is lying - replace module.
