Fagor alarm E107: Drive overheated (CPU board / enclosure)

What it means
The temperature inside the drive enclosure measured at the CPU board is too high. Unlike E106 (IGBT heatsink), this reflects ambient/enclosure thermal problems rather than motor duty. Fagor advises lowering the ambient temperature around the module.
Likely causes
- cabinet cooling failure (blocked filter, dead heat exchanger, failed cabinet fan)
- drive cooling fan stopped or clogged with dust
- module mounted too close to heat sources or beyond permitted spacing
- ambient temperature above specification
