Fagor alarm E203: Torque overload error (stalled motor)

What it means
With high motor torque demanded, speed never rose past the GP8 threshold for longer than GP7 allows — the classic signature of a stalled or blocked motor. Free the mechanism first; Fagor also lists swapped power phases, defective feedback cables, and incorrect NP116/RV3/RP5 values as checks before increasing GP7/GP8.

- axis or spindle physically jammed (crash, tool breakage, brake not released)
- two motor power phases swapped or poor power contact
- defective or homemade-wrong feedback cable
- wrong NP116, RV3 or RP5 parameterization
