Fagor alarm E412: SERCOS synchronization error

What it means
Drives failed to receive the master synchronism message the CNC sends every SERCOS cycle (typically each 4 ms), or lost synchronization once running. Check the fiber-optic transmission path and noise sources. A broken, kinked or dirty optical fiber and marginal opto-transmitters are the usual culprits.

- transmission fiber damaged, bent below radius or connectors dirty
- optical transmit/receive margin degraded on CNC master or drive card
- electrical noise coupling into the ring layout
- master (CNC) SERCOS timing fault
