Fagor alarm E505: Motor ID mismatch between RAM and Flash memory

What it means
Parameters in RAM have been set for a newly connected motor, but the parameter block stored in FLASH still corresponds to a different motor — the MP1 motor identifier differs between the two memories. This appears after swapping a drive between motors or replacing a motor without saving. Re-match the motor table and save parameters to FLASH to clear it.
Likely causes
- drive moved to another axis/motor without re-saving configuration
- replacement motor of different type fitted without updating motor table
- corrupted FLASH sector losing the stored MP1
