Fagor alarm E902: RPS: Mains voltage out of range

What it means
The RPS regulated (boost) power supply measured line voltage outside the permitted 400 V AC -10% to 460 V AC +10% window. Outside this band the boost regulation cannot hold the programmed bus voltage safely. Measure and correct the supply; repeated trips at nominal-looking voltage suggest a measurement fault.
Likely causes
- factory supply chronically low/high or unbalanced between phases
- tap setting of supply transformer wrong
- voltage-sensing inputs on RPS drifting
