What it means
Inverter: abnormal control power supply - feedback/pulsecoder power path pulling down the SVM control supply.
Likely causes
- JF* feedback cable shorted or damaged
- Serial pulsecoder internal short
- Motor encoder element failure
- SVM control supply failure
Triage note: Isolation order per 3.2.11: disconnect JF* at SVM (blink stops = cable/pulsecoder side); then disconnect at pulsecoder (blink continues = cable; stops = motor).
