What it means
Fuse on the DC link blown (DC link voltage insufficient).
Likely causes
- SPM internal DC link fuse blown during operation
- Power lead shorted to ground
- Motor winding shorted to ground
- IGBT or IPM module failure in SPM
- DC link wire not connected / loose bus bar
Triage note: B-65285EN: replace the SPM. Megger the motor and leads before powering the replacement or you will blow the second fuse. MCC dropping at estop release also implicates DC link wiring. CNC: SP0003 / 9003.
