What it means
Main circuit capacitor was not recharged within the specified time (precharge failure).
Likely causes
- Too many SVM/SPM modules connected to one PSM (over-spec loading)
- DC link short-circuit downstream
- Recharge current-limiting resistor defective (on distributing board)
Triage note: Measure DC link for shorts and count connected axes against PSM spec before replacing hardware. Mirrors as SP0033 / 9033.
