What it means
DC voltage at the DC link is abnormally high.
Likely causes
- Excessive regenerated power - PSM discharge capacity insufficient for connected axes
- AC power source output impedance too high (over 7% variation at max output)
- Main circuit switched off with emergency stop released (sequence fault)
Triage note: Mirrors as SP0011 / 9011 on the SPM. Common after adding axes or increasing acceleration.
