What it means
Excessive speed - motor exceeds 115% (standard) of maximum allowable speed.
Likely causes
- SPM faulty (speed regulation lost)
- Ladder deactivates/reactivates motor during spindle sync allowing runaway correction
- Speed feedback loss
Triage note: CNC: SP0007 / 9007. Fix synchronization ladder first if alarm follows SFR/SRV toggle.
