Fanuc alarm 15: Spindle/output switching sequence error

What it means

In output-switching or spindle-switching control, the switching operation sequence was not completed correctly — the power-lead state check signal did not transition within one second of the switch request. Machine-side sequence problem rather than drive electronics in most cases.

Likely causes

• Faulty magnetic contactor / switch unit for power-lead switching
• I/O unit or contact-check wiring defective
• Ladder sequence takes longer than 1 s to switch
