Likely causes
- SPM current-detection analog circuit failure
- Connectors between power unit and SPM control PCB not fully plugged (especially after board swap)
Triage note: CNC: 750 (19). Manual: replace SPM; if it appeared right after a control-board swap, reseat power-unit connectors first.
