What it means
Serial transfer data error between CNC and spindle amplifier module.
Likely causes
- Noise coupling into serial spindle cable (bundled with power leads)
- Faulty JA7A/JA7B communication cable
- Optical I/O Link adapter or cable fault where fitted
- SPM control PCB failure
- CNC-side serial-spindle board/module failure
Triage note: CNC: 749 (24). Route comms cable away from motor power leads and check maximum wiring length rules before part swaps.
