What it means
Short-period overload - excessive load (standard: load meter 9V) applied continuously beyond set period (default 30 s).
Likely causes
- Genuine cutting overload
- Spindle mechanically locked (brake/sequence)
- Wrong motor power lead phase sequence
- Feedback cable A/B signals wrong or broken
- Spindle sensor failure; SPM failure if spindle will not turn at all
Triage note: CNC: SP0029 / 9029. Check load meter and manual-rotation speed indication before replacing electronics.
