What it means
Access to the FROM (flash memory) timed out - the CPU issued a read/write to flash memory and got no response within the allotted time. Fanuc's procedure: replace the FROM/SRAM module first; if the alarm persists, replace the main board. Since FROM holds the system software, this alarm often prevents normal boot.
