Fanuc alarm 500: SRAM DATA ERROR (SRAM MODULE)

What it means
Data integrity checking found corrupted contents in the SRAM on the FROM/SRAM module. Fanuc notes this frequently happens when the backup battery voltage dropped or the LCD-mounted unit was powered with its case removed, which is not a hardware failure - in that case replace the battery, refit the case, then perform a full memory clear and reload. Otherwise replace the FROM/SRAM module and finally the main board.
