What it means
Inverter: IPM alarm (M axis), including IPM overheat (OH) variant.
Likely causes
- IPM/IGBT failure (M-axis inverter stage)
- Power lead short / ground fault
- Motor winding short
- Overheat from harsh duty or blocked cooling
