What it means
RAM parity error in part-program storage SRAM (low byte) - parameters/programs corrupted or SRAM chip failing
Likely causes
- SRAM backup battery below ~2.7V
- corrupted SRAM after power glitch
- failed SRAM on memory module/main board
Triage note: Check battery voltage FIRST (should read >=3.0V) - most common cause; then emergency-clear SRAM and reload backup; recurring after clear = replace SRAM/board
