What it means
Parity error detected on byte 4 of the system DRAM. The CNC treats any parity fault as fatal and will not resume until power is cycled; if the alarm returns, the byte-4 DRAM devices on the main CPU board are the prime suspect.
Likely causes
- Defective DRAM bank for byte 4
- Intermittent connector seating of the main board
- Logic supply out of specification
