What it means
On two-spindle serial installations, communication with the second serial spindle amplifier could not be established at power-up while the first spindle initialised normally. The fault is localised to the second spindle's link path or unit itself.
Likely causes
- Second spindle amplifier off-line, unpowered or failed
- Serial link cable/fibre to second spindle broken or mis-wired
- Incorrect spindle selection parameters for the second spindle
