Fanuc alarm A: External cooling-fin fan stopped

What it means
On the αi power supply module (PSM / αiPS), a fan mounted on the external radiator cooling fin has stopped. On A06B-6110/A06B-6120 series units this code is also issued when the internal unit stirring fan stops. The ALM LED lights red with 'A' on the 7-segment STATUS display.
Likely causes
- Radiator cooling-fin fan seized or blocked by debris
- Unit stirring fan failed (A06B-6110-Hxxx / A06B-6120-Hxxx)
- Fan connector loose or faceplate (control PCB) not fully seated
