What it means
The 'DCOH' legend on the β SVU lights when the average regenerative discharge energy exceeds the discharge capability of the discharge resistor/circuit. It is a duty-cycle alarm as often as a component failure.

- Discharge resistor open or wrong specification
- Vertical-axis or high-cycle deceleration duty beyond design
- Regenerative discharge circuit failure in the SVU
