What it means
Inverter: cooling fan stopped of the radiator (external heat-sink fan).
Likely causes
- Radiator fan failed or obstructed
- Fan motor connector or cable defective
- Control PCB not fully seated
- SVM fan-drive circuit failure
Triage note: Warning state first (CNC DS0609), escalates to hard alarm SV0601 within about a minute taking all axes down. Highest-frequency alpha i SVM field failure after IPM faults.
