Fanuc alarm OH: Overheat alarm (LED legend)

What it means
The 'OH' legend LED on the β SVU lights when the amplifier overheats, usually from sustained load, poor cabinet cooling or a stopped cooling fan. Reported to the CNC as an overload-type alarm alongside the LED.

- Ambient temperature above specification
- Load above continuous rating
