What it means
Stored stroke check 2 positive boundary exceeded. On lathes, stroke check 2 additionally serves chuck/tailstock barrier interlock, so this alarm can fire when an axis enters the prohibited zone while moving positively even though raw travel looks legal. Check barrier geometry data and the programmed path near the chuck area.
Likely causes
- Travel past secondary soft limit (parameter No. 1324/1326 pair)
- Chuck/tailstock barrier area entered (T series)
- Stale barrier dimensions after chuck change
