What it means
Stored stroke check 2 negative boundary exceeded, or on T-series machines entry into the chuck-tailstock prohibited zone during negative-direction movement. As with OT0502, verify barrier settings and program approach paths. Soft-limit alarms never require parts replacement unless a drifting encoder is generating false positions.

- Barrier zone data inconsistent with tooling actually fitted
- False machine position from encoder/reference issues
