What it means
Stored stroke check 3 negative boundary exceeded. Same protective purpose as OT0504 but in the minus direction of the configured tertiary zone. Review recent program changes and any modifications to zone parameters after fixture or tooling changes.
Likely causes
- Negative-direction entry into tertiary protected zone
- Outdated zone definitions after mechanical changes
- Manual intervention moving axis into restricted band
