What it means
The pre-movement stroke check determined the block endpoint lies beyond the positive travel limit, so the alarm fired before motion started. Unlike runtime overtravel, this protects rapid moves whose destination is illegal — common with incremental programming errors or forgotten coordinate mode changes. Correct the program; no hardware action is needed.
