What it means
The αi power supply module cannot exchange serial data with the amplifier modules connected via the CXA2A/CXA2B control-power daisy chain. The PSM itself may be healthy; check the whole link before replacing it.
Likely causes
- CXA2A/CXA2B connector or cable defective
- Control printed-circuit board failure in PSM or adjacent module
- 24 V control supply interruption along the chain
