Communication error between amplifier and module (internal inter-module link CXI/CXA2).
Likely causes
- CXA2A/CXA2B connector or cable defective
- SVM control printed-circuit board failure
- Adjacent module (PSM/SPM) communication-side failure
Triage note: CNC alarm SV0604. Swap-test cable before boards; on beta i SVPM the same fault shows STATUS2 'P'.
