What it means
A circular interpolation block (G02/G03) lacks either the arc radius R or the vector components I/J/K defining the start-to-center distance. One of the two must be present.
Likely causes
- Omitted R or I/J/K in the arc block
- Arc block truncated by an editor
- Post-processor dropped the center-word output
