What it means
Second-spindle counterpart of SP0756: the axis identification of the second serial spindle fails validation under Dual Check Safety. The CNC cannot confirm that the physically connected amplifier is the one declared for spindle 2, so the safety monitor refuses to enable it.
Likely causes
- Missing K76 jumper on the JA7A connector of the 2nd spindle
- Second amplifier swapped or re-addressed without updating safety configuration
- Wiring change on the second spindle serial link
