What it means
A data error occurred during serial spindle communication between the CNC and the amplifier. Possible causes are failure of the hardware used for serial spindle control or the effect of electrical noise on the interface.
Likely causes
- Electrical noise induced into the serial spindle signal lines
- Failing SIC-LSI or interface circuitry on either CNC or amplifier side
- Damaged or poorly shielded serial spindle cable
