What it means
The communications sequence with the serial spindle amplifier became incorrect: frames arrived out of step with the defined protocol state machine. Usually seen together with other SP19xx codes when the link resets or when noise corrupts handshake steps.

- Protocol state desynchronization after a transient fault
- Marginal serial spindle interface hardware
- Noise bursts from nearby high-current switching equipment
