What it means
Actual motor speed deviated excessively from commanded speed because the available torque was insufficient to follow the reference. The amplifier compares commanded and estimated speed every control period and trips when the deviation persists past the threshold in parameter No.4082.
Likely causes
- Excessive load torque from the cutting process or mechanical drag
- Acceleration/deceleration time constant (No.4082) too short for the inertia
- Speed feedback degradation giving false deviation readings
