What it means
SPM reports DC-link fuse blown (voltage insufficient at fuse check on e-stop release)
Likely causes
- SPM power stage short (IGBT)
- spindle motor insulation failure
- magnetizing inrush from failed switching/windings
Triage note: Insulation-check the spindle motor BEFORE installing the new SPM; a grounded motor will blow the replacement's fuse at first start
