What it means
The motor temperature sensor circuit went open, so the amplifier lost the ability to monitor winding temperature. The open circuit may be in the sensor element itself, in the feedback cable, or in the parameter configuration for the thermal input.
Likely causes
- Broken thermostat/thermistor lead in the motor
- Damaged or unplugged feedback cable between motor and SPM
- Incorrect thermal sensor parameter selection
