What it means
Input power voltage to the drive train dropped below the lower specified limit. Undervoltage causes torque derating and possible DC link collapse under load, so the amplifier inhibits operation.
Likely causes
- Sagging plant supply or undersized feeder causing voltage dip under load
- Bad contactor contact or corroded input terminals
- One phase partially lost upstream
