What it means
In machines with spindle switching or output switching contactors, the actual contactor status signal did not match the commanded state within the allowed time. The amplifier aborts the switch-over because running across a half-switched gear/output stage would destroy hardware.
Likely causes
- Contactor coil failure or welded/sticking contacts
- Auxiliary contact feedback wiring fault
- PMC switch-over ladder timing too slow
- Wrong spindle switching parameters
