What it means
The offset of the V-phase current detection circuit drifted beyond the permissible range. The amplifier self-checks current-sensor zero points at power-up; a V-phase offset error means the phase current feedback can no longer be trusted for torque control.
Likely causes
- Failed current detector circuitry on the SPM
- Control board component drift with age/heat
