Fanuc alarm SP9022: TSA OFFSET ALARM

What it means
The zero-speed offset of the TSA speed-feedback signal exceeded the permissible value during the amplifier's self-check. TSA carries the analog representation of measured speed; if its resting level drifts, all speed-dependent decisions become unreliable, so the amplifier refuses to excite the motor.
Likely causes
- Drift or failure of the TSA processing circuitry on the SPM control board
- Noise pickup on analog feedback lines
- Incorrect position sensor polarity-related settings interacting with the speed channel
