What it means
A sustained current overload was detected in the spindle output stage. Unlike the short-time overload alarm, this monitors longer-duration thermal stress of the power devices based on modeled device heating.
Likely causes
- Chronic over-load cutting conditions
- Insufficient cooling of the amplifier heat sink
- Undersized amplifier for the applied duty cycle
