Fanuc alarm SP9056: INNER COOLING FAN STOP

What it means
The cooling fan inside the spindle amplifier module stopped, as detected by its built-in rotation sensor. Without forced airflow the SPM will soon overheat, so the amplifier shuts down proactively.
Likely causes
- Worn fan bearing or dead fan motor
- Fan connector unseated after service
- Heavy dust/filth loading the impeller
