What it means
An overload condition was detected inside the power supply module, generally from elevated heat-sink temperature of its power devices. The shared converter serving the drive train is thermally stressed.
Likely causes
- PSM cooling fan stopped or clogged
- Continuous load above the PSM rating
- Poor cabinet ventilation raising ambient around the module
