What it means
Communication between the spindle amplifier and the adjacent amplifier module (or converter) failed. Multi-module drive trains exchange status over their inter-module link; losing it breaks coordinated start/stop and DC-link management.
Likely causes
- Loose or damaged inter-module communication cable (JX/JF series)
- Communication IC failure in either module
- Noise or poor grounding along the daisy-chain
