What it means
The spindle amplifier CPU failed a self-test. Internal diagnostics of the SPM processor detected a fault in computation or memory resources, so the amplifier declares itself unusable.

- Genuine CPU/board failure in the SPM
- Severe electrical disturbance during boot
- Progressive board degradation (capacitors, solder joints)
