What it means
The one-revolution component of the alpha i spindle motor's built-in serial sensor was never detected. Even though the sensor's continuous data may flow, the missing once-per-turn marker prevents absolute angle establishment needed for orientation and rigid tapping.
Likely causes
- Sensor head failure localized to the one-rotation channel
- Feedback cable break on the one-rot conductor pair
- Mechanical decoupling between sensor rotor and shaft
