What it means
No one-revolution signal is being produced by the external spindle sensor at all. Without this once-per-turn pulse the spindle cannot establish its absolute angular reference, disabling orientation, threading and Cs operations.
Likely causes
- Disconnected or broken sensor cable
- Dead sensor head or grossly excessive sensing gap
- Target/mark feature missing, obscured or incorrectly machined
